I eat fats and offal for years. Obviously nothing should be eaten in excess.

As for full cream milk, it contains about 3% of fat, which means for 1 litre of milk, it has 30 ml or about 30 gm of fat. A full cup is about 250 ml, and a cup of white coffee, that is coffee with some milk, may contain 1/10 to 1/8 of a cup of milk, which is 25 ml to about 31 ml of milk, or 0.75 ml to 0.95 ml of fat.

So, why are you worried about having full cream milk in your coffee? Why waste money to have you milk diluted?

Remember your blood cells are coated with "fat" which helps to reduce resistance when flowing through the blood.

You don't need to be Einstein to figure this out. It's common sense
