My weight reduction program

My weight reduction program is a great success! I can control the amount I want to lose and by certain target date. The process is a slow and steady but works remarkably well. I broadcasted my intention and explained the logic behind the method to group of friends weeks ago so that they could bear witness. I lost about 7.5 kg in about 12 weeks, with no change in life style or quality of diet.

Target date: last weighing on 28/2/2011
Target weight: 68kg
Weight achieved: 68.1kg on 25/2/2011, I boosted the weight back by 1 kg for 2 days intentionally
Weight achieved: 68.0kg on 1/3/2011, at 4:03pm
Weight achieved: 67.9kg on 1/3/2011, at 5:30pm
