Life is not worth living if we keep believing in all these fly-by-night gurus. Not every bit of the bad foods causes cancer. So, what are the active ingredients in those foods that cause the cancers and how?
Anything eaten to excess is bad for the pocket and health. If one does not die of cancer, he probably dies of deprivation of tasty and comfort foods. I would like to live the day when people start circulating "words of wisdom" not to drive in order to stop car emission from polluting air with carcinogenic exhaust particles.
People are dying left, right and centre in US now, just like what took place many years ago. Death was a taboo and very sad event before, and it was not something to broadcast to let the whole know about. Proportionately, I believe the ratio of people dying versus the total population is no where as high as ancient time.
Human life expectancy has increased quite substantially. People used to die at an earlier age, and medical advances and diagnoses were primitive then. The cause of their death were not known. They could have died of cancers for all we know.
My advice is, "eat everything in moderation and live happily ever after".
